This Privacy Policy explains how Sixth City Technologies, LLC (doing business as “Sixth City AI,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) collects, uses, discloses, and safeguards personal information when you:

• Servers run on hardened Ubuntu 22.04 with UFW, fail2ban, SSL/TLS, and nightly backups.
• Client project files are stored in encrypted volumes; access is role-based and logged.
• Internal staff and AI agents follow a least-privilege policy.
• We train employees annually on data-handling and AI ethics.

No method of transmission is 100 percent secure, but we strive to exceed industry best practice.

• Client documentation - retained 7 years after project close for audit and tax purposes unless contract states otherwise.
• Aggregated analytics - kept indefinitely in non-identifiable form.
